We delighted to have been retained to recruit a Programme Manager initially on a 6 month basis but with the potential for extension up to 12 months and possibly the option of becoming a permanent member of the team.

The company is based in Nottingham but with a number of overseas locations and they are undertaking a number of significant integration / change projects across Europe to support their continued significant growth.

Your duties:

You will be working with the CXO in the capacity of Integration Programme Manager/ Director of Change.

There will be circa 30 projects which comprise of several hundred work streams. The CXO will be responsible for the delivery of the projects; you will be responsible for tracking progress, addressing problems / issues, reporting to the board ensuring the projects are well governed and run to the timescales set.

The projects are broad, including financial, marketing, HR, legal, product and data

Your background and experience:

Extensive integration experience, not just operational projects or programmes but real business transformation experience

Strong, senior experienced Programme Manager - Change expert who has sound financial understanding and experience who also has extensive experience with the production of business case financials

Strong negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills, especially CXO exposure

A background in IT would be highly advantageous

Driven to deliver through others and a passion to take ownership

Additional information:

Please note this role will be based in Nottingham, however you will be required to travel to Europe

Language skills including French, Spanish or Italian would be highly desirable but not essential

Start date:

We are anticipating the successful candidate will be on-board by the beginning of April and based on this we are open to hearing from professional interims and also permanent candidates who are looking for the opportunity to join the company on a potential temporary to permanent basis.
