CCTV Engineer (ANPR)

They need a time served CCTV Engineer to work across the UK on ANPR systems, mainly IP, but also analogue. Ideally, they would like you to start immediately.
You will be working in a small team, providing reactive and preventative maintenance and installation and commissioning works.
You will be working across the country and therefore the role will involve travel and overnight stays throughout Great Britain.
You will be provided with a company vehicle (you will need a full driving licence) as well as a laptop, phone, uniform and all necessary equipment.
You are passionate about your work and want to do it right first time. You have previous experience installing and maintaining analogue and IP CCTV and ANPR, and a proven track record within a CCTV/ANPR/Electrical or Networks installation role.
You are a trouble shooter who can fault-find alone. You are comfortable doing 1st fix, 2nd fix, commissioning works on install, on new build construction sites and existing sites. You are comfortable completing PPM and reactive maintenance work, and are willing to work with an apprentice.

- Willingness to travel and stay away from home
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- A responsible approach to your work
- A full driving licence
- An ability to work on your own and with an apprentice / mate
- Comfortable working at height
- Understanding of IP CCTV systems and HD camera technology
- Basic understanding of networking such as LAN / WAN /4g / Wireless Comms.
You have some or all of the following qualifications:
- City and Guilds/HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- IPAF (+harness)/PASMA
- CSCS Card
- Health and Safety Courses
- First Aid.
