You will maintain, develop and maximise the customer base

You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts which will be local caterers

Client Details

One of the largest food wholesalers in the UK


  • You will take incoming and make outgoing calls to take the customers normal order.

  • You will use the 'Telesales Sales skill Development' selling techniques in every call.

  • You will up sell to all customers to increase the order value and introduce new promotions,

    products and pillar groups not previously ordered.

  • You will achieve all individual performance standards as set by the telesales manager and

    comply with company disciplines.

  • You will achieve individual promotional and new product targets set by the telesales

    manager through great planning and presenting to all appropriate accounts.

  • You will develop all sales opportunities within the existing territory account base through careful analysis of on screen data and account statistics.

  • You will achieve company criteria on accounts trading and minimise losses through close

    management and liaison with our Field Sales team.
