Take ownership of all allocated areas of digital activity.
Share knowledge and understanding with wider team.
Develop strong working partnership with internal and external agencies.
Take ownership of key campaigns to drive incremental digital traffic and sales - leveraging content, search and paid media.
Content Management - liaise with agencies on planning, creation and entry including maintenance and ongoing optimisation of the website and landing pages.
Liaise with agencies on planning, set-up and management of advertising campaigns - including - search, display and retargeting.
Commission/write online content, tailoring for specific customer segments.
Own and grow all social media accounts.
Understand the target audience and use relevant tools and media to increase website traffic and to improve targeting and relevance to customers. Increasing the volume of the right type of customers to optimal levels
Proven skills in digital marketing.
Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally in a relevant subject, Marketing/Communications qualifications with digital marketing included. Thorough understanding of B2B market structure and dynamics.
Creative and practical ability to generate digital assets.
Extensive digital marketing experience in an agency or business marketing department.
Proven success in using technology to deliver on business goals.
Solid knowlege of all relevant analytics tools and reporting methods. Strong understanding of current online marketing strategies and best practices.
Capability for creating and optimising multi-channel lead generation.
Have experience managing and working with agencies to define and deliver against business objectives.
Package circa £30k + pension (Company matching contributions)
Annual Site Bonus.
