The main responsibility of the Accounts Assistant will be:

  • Processing rent on a daily basis
  • Keep daily written record of debtors
  • Posting Landlord statements
  • Accruals & prepayments
  • Authorise supplier invoices - ensuring that all invoices are correct
  • Processing fees
