Huge opportunity. Very strategic / commercial role. Selling a very high-level solution to the Acute setting.

Needs entrepreneurial flair, very strong commercial ability and a huge amount of drive. This is a very very successful business, its offering is widely used and the gold standard solution to support the NHS in driving the patient through surgically.

They have new technology, new solutions already launched that has, and will impact the market significantly

You will ideally come from a Surgical / Theatre background but its not essential. Healthcare in some form is a must. You must be used to high level commercial dialogue. Potentially from a service / capital background.

I really need a very passionate sales head that can shape a new market for this new technology alongside impacting with the existing portfolio.

Your motivation will be centred around changing a surgical landscape. Succession planning is evident as this role is being created down the success and promotion of your future colleague

This market is great fun, the company and leadership superb, it needs great tenacity and personal strength. Drive, ambition with a 100% winning mentality is key. You will live in East Midlands / Cambridgeshire / Northamptonshireideally but but there is some flexibility.

Key criteria would be.

- Truly driven by results

- Tenured and experienced sales professionals with over 2 years success in theatre capital or capital

- Theatre background preferred

- Potentially highly driven clinician as a foundation

- An understanding of the NHS now and in the future

- An evidenced based over achiever a must you must be able to demonstrate examples of going the extra mile & delivering excellence in customer care.

- Must be resilient with superb relationship building skills and the ability to form relationships at speed.

- Exceptional at communicating at every level, under pressure and in a competitive market.

- Must love the game of sales, be a winner and wholly sincere.

- Fun, transparent a team player and be passionate, and engaged in life. Great communication skills, academically bright with intellectual horsepower and a thirst for learning.
