Senior Quality Officer / Agile Coach
Location: South Wales

iO Associates are looking for a Senior Quality officer / Agile Coach who can provide an objective insight to management on the process and product quality in the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

As a project Quality Officer, you will:
·Perform data analysis to support management decisions
·Identify non-compliance, raise resolution actions and follow-up actions until closure.
·Assist the project in tailoring organisation process assets to meet specific needs.
·Report the status of quality inside the project, to the project manager and line management.
·Collect project data to feed Inspect & Adapt sessions and continuous improvement loop.
·Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and data analytics to feed the quality portal of the organisation.
·Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytics systems.
·Interpret and aggregate data into Key Performance Indicators and performance models.

As a member of the Continuous Improvement Program, you will:
·Deploy the company processes and assets of the organisation
·Develop eLearning or class-room training material whenever appropriate.
·Drive or contribute to improvement actions to solve team/product inefficiencies or process/product quality issues.

Requirements / Profile
Essential:

·Strong track record in and commitment to continuous improvement and quality functions.
·Experience with Agile Methodologies / Working in an Agile Environment
·Demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality assurance and process improvement methods (CMMI, Lean, ISO 9001).
·Experience in software process audit and assessment.
·Excellent understanding of both waterfall and agile models.
·Experience with SQL
·Good scripting and programming skills (Shell, Perl, Python)
·A degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent work experience.

Desirable:

·Experience as a hands-on software developer or tester.
·Language skills in addition to English language skills.
