CUSTOMERS: Total Responsibility for all Customers on territory - Primary Care, Secondary Care and CCG level

THERAPY AREAS: Therapy Area dependent on role and geographical area

These Key Account Manager opportunities are all accountable roles, where you will have responsibility for all levels of customer within your territory area - these range from Hospital Consultants, Specialist Nurses, Pharmacists through to relevant GPs and community based customers. As Key Account Manager, your remit includes driving sales and market share along with implementing formularies and guidelines.


- Territory/Key Account Management
- Delivery of KPI's (SvT, Market Share, ROI etc)
- Building lasting relationships with key clinicians, KOL's and influencers at all levels
- Creating partnerships and adding value to key customers with all solutions/offerings provided
- Formulary submission and pull through
- Product positioning via guidelines and associated pull through
- KOL/Advocacy Development
- Networking - with both internal and external stakeholders


- Pharmaceutical sales experience and successful track record of high performance
- ABPI Qualified
- Working knowledge of the health economy covering the geographical area you are applying for
- Ability to prioritise based on business opportunity
- Track record of sales success in both the primary and secondary care arenas
- Ability to develop lasting business relationships and have the skills required to work in partnership with the NHS
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points


- Strong key account management skills
- Good understanding of the NHS drivers in this area
- Self-motivation to drive the sales on your territory and be goal orientated to exceed expectations
