SF Group are working with a highly respected international business to recruit a payroll administrator to join their busy team.
Reporting directly into the payroll manager and working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for preparing the monthly payroll for circa 3000 employees and ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Your duties will include:
- Processing the monthly payroll for both full time, contract and seasonal employees
- Manage starters and leavers, promotions, contract extensions, pay increases and overtime
- Administer all statutory payments or deductions
- Resolve payroll queries via telephone and email to agreed SLAs
- Issue reports on a monthly basis
- Strong experience in payroll
- Proven experience working to deadlines and managing high levels of accuracy
- SAP HR, Microsoft Office & Excel
