I have just learnt of a new role with a client I work very closely with in Birmingham, and thought it could be of interest to you.

Role

- Location - Birmingham
- Role - Systems Engineer
- Industry - Financial Services
- Salary - 25k - 35k

Main Responsibilities:

- Support of all local client desktops, applications and IT services
- Remote support to other internal clients
- Daily checks and BAU monitoring and fault resolution
- Ensuring that the correct service desk processes and procedures are followed
- Patching and upgrading of IT services and systems
- Basic connectivity and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring
- Documentation of technical procedures across all platforms
- Recommend improvements to all aspects of the IT services
- Ensure IT policies are adhered to at all times

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to £35k, depending on experience

Bonuses: Eligible to join the bonus scheme (bonus is paid annually and is based on personal performance and the achievement of specific objectives and competencies.)

Company Share Option Plan: Subject to Board approval, eligible to participate in the Company Share Option Plan

Holidays: 25 days per year plus bank and public holidays
