The Marketing Director will be a commercial senior marketer targeted with increasing revenue from existing academies and strategising for further growth. A multi-site background working across the full marketing mix and experience adopting a national and local approach would be ideal for what they are looking to achieve.
I'm working with a fantastic small business specialising in performing arts, based in Buckinghamshire. They have seen double digit growth recently and have built up a portfolio of over 150 academies with more than 10,000 students, all in the 10 years they've been in business. Their students age range is 4 years old up to 18, with their students having appeared in most London west end musicals and even Peaky blinders, with film and TV being their USP.
Reporting to the CEO you will be working with the Executive team to develop and lead on the development of commercial, brand, marketing, communication, media and sales strategies to increase revenue. This will be from current partnerships as well as driving the ambitious growth plans ahead. This will involve managing a small team to develop exciting courses that entice retention and drive membership through an effective retention and acquisition strategy. The role will also oversee and analyse the effectiveness of new openings to ensure ROI is maximised. This will include a digital and offline approach.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an experience marketer who has put together acquisition and retention strategy within a multi-site environment. You will have experience of digital and offline strategy, including branding experience across traditional media, TV, radio, print and in depth knowledge of digital channels.
The package includes a salary of up to £70,000, performance related bonus, pension scheme, life insurance, BUPA and subsidised gym membership.
