Operating Theatre (O.R.) Integration, Medical hardware / software

A fantastic opportunity to join a trail blazer in the converging IoT technology, O.R Integration and surgical analytics sector. Our client's technology platform (hardware and software based) is used in more than 6,000 operating rooms worldwide, transforming unstructured clinical and operational data into actionable, real-time insights. Clinical teams, as a result, enhance performance, control surgical variation and improve patient outcomes

* National Role -extensive travel throughout the UK
* Basic salary £50-65k (Negotiable)

Role -
Our client has over 25 years of successful O.R. installations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific and partners with GE, Medtronic and Siemens in the U.S. Their technologies are supporting the next generation of data-enabled O.R. teams in over 10 million procedures per year. With over 90 employees from 20 different nationalities, they are the leading Smart Surgery platform. The solutions are a mixture of hardware (control panels, AV solutions, broadcast solutions etc.) and SaaS based software that enables capture of clinical data (recording, editing, trend analysis etc.) that delivers tangible benefits to clinical outcomes in the OR. This is a fantastic opportunity to join them as they enter a period of rapid growth. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with UK based technical specialists and the UK Management team to drive new business and leverage additional opportunities from existing accounts. Key role functions include -

* Acquisition, development and management of new SaaS and hardware clients in the UK
* Development and management of existing clients in the UK
* Product and company presentations for clients, planners, architects, industry partners and at events
* Advertising and positioning of brand as a solution for integrated operating rooms
* Acquisition of new projects and sales management for current projects
* Support product management and further development of portfolio
* Strategic market cultivation
* Sales documentation in CRM
* Establishment of software client and project portfolio

Applicant
Applicants for this role are likely to come from one of three backgrounds -
* Medical sales experience preferably in Medtech or in the O.R environment - complex surgical solutions that demand the creation of compelling clinical and commercial outcomes. A surgical technology that "challenges the norm".
* Proven experience in successfully selling SaaS based solutions within the NHS or similar environment
* Proven experience selling O.R Integration solutions / O.R Hardwar

All candidates will need to have a real interest in emerging clinical solutions and be "tech" savvy.

Candidates will have the following -

* Hands on approach, innovative, passionate, driven and able to work on their own initiative!
* Applicants will have an interest in / the ability to understand technical products
* Ability to change clinical professional's behaviour through education.
* Ability to close sales and deliver against target.
* Attitude and determination are key!

We are looking for a sales star with a can do mentality who has an interest / experience in the following -

* O.R optimisation, O.R data analytics, SaaS sales, IT and media technology in a medical environment (software), infrastructure building systems (IT, video, electro), IT business organisation, medical technology and IT interfaces in hospitals (HL7, DICOM)
