Change Management Lead - ERP, Manage Change, SAP, Change, KPI, SAP SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors, Project Manager, Prince 2, HR, Payroll, HR Payroll, Nortgate, Resource link, Resourcelink - Cambridgeshire - £500 per day

We are looking for a Change Management Lead who will play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors system for our East Midlands based client. The Change Management Lead must apply change management strategies and methods to meet business, schedule and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization culture. This role is a part time based contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities:
- Apply change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Track and report issues
- Monitor change progress vis a vis defined KPI
- Support change management at the organizational level

- Assess the change impact:
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics

- Support communication efforts:
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications

Location: Cambridgeshire
