Head of HEOR - Consultancy Opportunity

I am working in partnership with a rapidly expanding HEOR Consultancy based in the UK. They are seeking a senior professional with between 7-10 years of experience in the field to lead a growing team. They are currently working on a variety of projects from modeling to Health Economic strategy and are looking for someone with confidence in Business Development to help drive an increase in projects. They are offering the opportunity to work directly with the CEO to build this function in 2018.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working across a variety of Health Economics projects, spanning from UK to EU and Global, including driving business development.
- Management of the everyday activities for HEOR projects throughout ensuring that quality products are delivered within set timelines.
- Input into the design and development of economic models such as Budget Impact, Cost Effectiveness and Markov.
- Coordination of the team within systematic literature reviews.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients as well as Key Opinion Leaders.
- Management of the Health Economics team including decision making for new hires.
- Supporting the business development and designing budgets for new projectsRequirements:

- Health economics experience working within a Life Sciences setting. Including knowledge of HTA strategy development, SLRs, evidence review and generation, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling.
- Strong knowledge or understanding of Oncology/Haematology.
- Experience checking and validating decision analytical models for a number of audiences.
- Expertise in within related areas such as Epidemiology and RWE.
- Ability to draft manufacturer submission dossiers to NICE.
