What you'll be doing
The Product Systems Analyst will provide a professional and comprehensive analysis and support service to the YBS Group and clients for set up, maintenance and testing of new Lending and Savings products and periodic processing tasks e.g. savings year end.
You will ensure that all deliverables are fit for purpose and made with minimal disruption to business processes. Provide a 2nd line support service for incidents in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and carry out analysis to identify system improvements and training opportunities. You will also provide support, guidance and practical assistance to colleagues to enable to overall development and capability of the team.

The Knowledge & Skills you`ll have
Good knowledge and understanding of business processes and detailed knowledge organisational computer systems.
Able to demonstrate system analysis and testing skills and attributes within a dynamic business environment.
Able to communicate and influence, in a professional environment, to a wide-ranging audience.
Good problem solving and resolution skills
Excellent attention to detail and have knowledge of excel.
