Join this multinational wealth management firm and assist with the onboarding of a new IT solution to their entire network of branches UK wide.

This is a customer facing role with regular travel across the UK required.

The role will provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to UK branches, while these branches are in the process of being on-boarded to the in-house IT solution.
The role will also perform IT audits on these branches, in order to ensure that branch IT systems comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and internal IT policies.
You will regularly audit the branches and document your findings. (remotely and in branch)
The role's tasks will be split between branch IT audit tasks and branch IT support.

On site visits you will support the teams as they move to the new It structure. Support will range from hardware, to connecting networks and arranging install dates.

You will have a 3rd line support team at your disposal but will be expected to think on your feet and be confident in your communication.

Windows 10, Office 365, cloud backups, printing and desktop security products such as AV.
Approving and ordering new IT hardware and software for UK branches.
Branch 2nd/3rd line desktop support and troubleshooting of hardware and software for UK branches.
Setup and troubleshoot printing and scanning.

Experience in the Financial industry preferred.
