The role will involves managing the complete relationship with existing clients via face-to-face meetings, presentations, and monthly/quarterly updates. You will help to retain key accounts as well as selling/upselling products/offerings. The successful candidate will therefore need to be confident and effective selling a strong product with a proven record of success.
To be successful in your application you must bring:
- Proven track record of successful account management of portfolio of SME clients,
- Strong commitment to providing a memorable client service
- Ability to demonstrate strategic and commercial awareness
- Strong project management skills, ability to be precise and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to build multi-level relationships through mutual trust, respect and understanding
The starting salary for this role is between £24,000 to 26,000 with the potential to earn up to £40,000.
