We are recruiting for a leading global risk management service company who are curently seeking a second line support engineer to provide technical support to all the company's business entities within the deskside environment, supporting and assisting the colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Experience within second IT support role
* Ability to communicate/operate effectively in pan-European support environment
* Preferably blue chip companies
* Possess/ working towards MIcrosoft Certification MCITP or equovalent knowledge in Enterprise-level deskside computing
* Knowledge/appreciation ITIL Service Management
