1st Line Helpdesk Technician role :

- Answering phone calls via the helpdesk and logging calls to our helpdesk system.
- Responding to work orders via email with an initial response.
- Imaging IT equipment and fixing returns/arranging Dell warranty repairs
- Active directory password resets
- Internal desk moves - We are reconfiguring group support departments at our HQ
- General assistance to 2nd line engineers

They will be shadowing members of the team so training will be provided for the role.

Experience of working within a windows environment and active directory preferred but not essential.

They will need to have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
