.NET Development Manager / Team Leader keen to progress- LEATHERHEAD (Surrey)

A leading Leatherhead based based tech focussed company is keen to bring in an Agile Development Manager, the technology stack is .NET

Main purpose of the role

*Lead the development team(s) to deliver organisational growth
*Identify and prioritise improvements in our development methodology
*Line management and personal development of the development and testing team

Key responsibilities

Agile software delivery
*Support Business Aims
*Empower developers
*Promote best practice Technical decision making
*Report on and iteratively improve team throughput
*Choose and implement appropriate technology/functionality to support agile process

Quality Assurance
*Lead the Quality Assurance function (testing & code reviews)
*Analysis and documentation of technical projects
*Help architect solutions and contribute to problem solving
*Be comfortable making decisions and have the ability to back them up

Continuous Integration and DevOps Culture
*Work towards quicker deployments with less downtime and impact
*Provide input to project to examine and implement use of cloud platforms
*Support and encourage innovation in this area, especially around automation

Line Management & Staff development
*Line management and allocation of the team (Currently 5 strong)
*Coaching the team to ensure developers reach their potential
*Creation and implementation of personal development plans to develop individuals
