Technical Support Administrator / Analyst


£20-23,000, depending on experience

Due to a consistent growth in business and a consequential expansion this company are now looking to expand the office support for a Technical Support Analyst / Administrator. They specialise in the service, repair and testing of high pressure technical sterilisation equipment.

The role of a Technical Support Administrator / Analyst:

  • First line customer telephone support.

  • First line engineer technical (machine) support.

  • First line trainer support.

  • Organizing laptops and service programs installation.

  • Maintaining test equipment calibration certificates and supporting documentation.

  • Organizing engineers initial van stock and van stock list.

  • New engineer van stock and equipment organization.

  • Test report validation / checking.

  • Lab report validation /checking.

  • Assist Technical Support Manager administration filing and auditing

  • Any other duties as agreed by the Technical Support Manager

What's on offer for Technical Support Administrator / Analyst:

  • £20-23,000

  • Pension (7%)

  • 37.5 hour week - no overtime (Monday to Friday)

What's required for Technical Support Administrator / Analyst:

  • Essential - Previous experience in administration

  • Ideal - Knowledge of engineering

  • Strong communication

  • Living in commutable distance to Sheffield
