Contract Type
Full Time
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to focus on the sales and business development aspects of the recruitment consultant role?

Are you motivated by identifying new clients and new business, and keen to move away from resourcing?

If that sounds like you, we have the ideal opportunity!

As Business Development Manager, your role is to maximise revenue opportunities through the introduction of new clients, strengthening of existing client accounts, and the re-engagement of lapsed accounts.

Key activities of the Business Development Manager will focus around identifying target markets, potential clients and key decision makers and engaging with these individuals to build new relationships and introduce the ISL business. Activities will also focus on developing and strengthening existing and historical client relationships. Much of this work will be telephone based or arranging and conducting face-face meetings.

Other areas of the Business Development Manager role will involve developing proposals alongside ISL managers and consultants, presenting to potential clients, researching and reporting on market opportunities and threats, developing the ISL proposition, making client introductions to relevant ISL consultants and attending relevant networking and industry events.
