There is a great chance to work for a data focused retailer, where their analytics function is in the heart of every decision they make.
With a huge customer base & loyalty programme, the analytics team is in need of a Customer Insight Analyst for their marketing division. Based in their Central London head office, you will be part of a larger analytics community, working with other senior analysts and data scientists to increase your technical capability.

What will you be doing?
- Regular reporting and post - campaign analysis, delivering actionable insight to board level
- Creating forecast models to predict, monitor and review customer behaviour across marketing campaigns
- Use various statistical and analytical techniques to predict customer behaviour for up and coming campaigns and buying modes

What do you need?
- Strong programming skills in either SQL or SAS
- Numerical / analytical degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a statistical analyst position
- Strong communication skills to present to board level
- Experience in building customer segmentations, regression and cluster models preferred
