Technical Infrastructure Project Manager - £55-60k + Benefits - Central London

A Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, with Contact Centre/Telephony system experience is required by one of our expanding clients.

This organisation is looking to grow their IT function in order to drive the business forward hence the reason for bring on a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager. As a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, some of the projects you will be involved in include implementing Contact Centre solutions and delivering a global WAN. As a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to liaise and engage with global stakeholders with an end goal of ensuring all of the projects are delivered within the agreed scope, budget and quality.

Essential skills - Technical Infrastructure Project Manager:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure focussed)
  • Experience with Contact Centre/Telephony systems
  • Managing projects in a Global/International organisation
  • Agile approach
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills - Technical Infrastructure Project Manager:

  • PCI environment

As a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be co-ordinating with multiple regional teams and vendors including APAC, US and EMEA in a "friendly, relaxed and fun" environment. As well as this, you will be involved in the tender processes.
