Support Analyst with experience delivering exceptional levels of technical advice in a 1st/ 2nd line capacity is sought by a market leading financial services company based in York. They are highly regarded as market leaders with the majority stake in their field and with an ever-growing international presence this is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting phase of growth for the company.

On a day to day basis the Support Analyst will use their previous experience with Windows 7-10, Office 2013, Exchange and Active Directory to provide concise and accurate advice both on the phone and in person affording you fantastic scope to experience a varied working life with opportunities to learn new technologies and progress quickly.

As a Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Providing 1st / 2nd line support to internal staff on Windows platform issues
  • Serve as point of contact for hardware upgrades and installs
  • Access permissions and FTP accounts
  • Dealing with basic telephonic problems

The successful Support Analyst should have most of the following key skills:

  • At least a years' experience in a 1st/ 2nd line role
  • Exemplary verbal communication and the confidence to liaise with a global client base
  • Drive to progress your career
