AM CityGrad are currently recruiting internally. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and articulate graduate with strong communication skills. We are a start up team supported by the international Angela Mortimer Group. Operating from our recently renovated offices in the City Centre, you will be working alongside a team of intelligent, enthusiastic and inspiring leaders who have helped shape the Birmingham employment landscape.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2015/2016 graduate who is looking to make the transition into a graduate career. You will have aspirations to develop yourself professionally and personally. We will provide you with that platform. We want you to flourish within our organisation so we have removed all constraints; you are actively encouraged to put forward your own creative approaches.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with the undergraduate and graduate population. You will have fantastic communication skills. This includes delivering presentations, engaging in telephone sales and conducting one-to-one interviews.

This will be a highly varied role. The successful graduate will be responsible for:

  • Creating original marketing ideas to engage with students on campus

  • Hosting Graduate Events, attending career fairs etc.

  • Engaging with new client leads and introducing CityGrad to businesses

  • Business development

  • Sourcing candidates, conducting telephone interviews, arranging interviews

  • Liaising with internal teams

Experience is not a necessity. We are, however, looking to recruit based on the individual’s confidence, personality and skill set. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 2:1 degree achieved in and degree field

  • Active member of societies, sports teams etc.

  • Delightful telephone manner

  • Confident personality (Sales driven)

  • Personable, energetic, enthusiastic, proactive.

You must also have the right to work in the UK.
