So, what will the role of Finance / Accounts Team Leader entail?
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and managing a team of three Member Service Officers, as the Finance / Accounts Team Leader you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Finance department, making sure that all financial payments are processed efficiently and that all financial tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
You'll be provided with all the tools, support and additional training / qualifications you need to further develop your skills and progress within the business, with a view to eventually moving into a senior level role.
What will I need to be considered for this Finance / Accounts Team Leader vacancy?
- Qualified to at least AAT level 2, preferably to level 3
- Proven experience processing payroll, preferably with experience of Sage 50
- Experience in a management position, with the ability to motivate and effectively lead a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- A target driven attitude with the ability to consistently work towards KPIs
- High levels of attention to detail with fantastic organisational skills

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional study support
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
