IT Support Analyst
My Government related Client id urgently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst for some sickness cover for an initial 6-8 week contract, possibly longer, based at their Oxford City Centre HQ.
The role is to deliver 1st with some 2nd line technical support to my Clients varied customer base, managing technical queries, advise on technical issues, diagnose faults and proactively determine solutions.
I am looking for the right Candidate to have 1st line IT Support experience in a Helpdesk environment, experience of 2nd line would be a distinct advantage.
The environment is MS Windows 7/10, Apple Mac OS, Active Directory, MS Office 2010/2013/365, MS Exchange / Office 365, Dell desktop, laptop and printer. The more experience you have with these technologies the better.
The chosen Candidate will have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels of seniority.
