2nd Line IT Support Analyst

35 hour working week
Salary: Up to £24,300 per annum plus excellent benefits package.

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a market leading client. Their modern offices are in central Leeds and are easily accessible. This is an organisation that invests heavily in their teams and offer outstanding work conditions and benefits package including a great annual bonus.

In this role you will be providing 2nd line support. You will be responsible for maintaining the IT systems, including hardware and software.

You will liaise with internal IT teams to ensure that change is planned, documented and carried out in line with procedures, escalating issues as necessary.

You will have experience in a similar IT Support position or have worked within IT Change Management or a related function.

Experience within a highly regulated environment such as financial services, legal services or utility providers would be advantageous.

The benefits for the role include up to 12% annual bonus, 35 hour working week, Private Medical Insurance, Pension contributions rising to 8%, childcare voucher scheme and more.
