Jagger Talent inside Track...The perfect candidate would be extremely resilient and hopefully hit the ground running. As the role requires the majority of business to be self-generated, a proactive and switched on recent graduate who wouldn’t shy away from picking up the phone. Outbound sales experience would be appropriate but obviously must understand that a lot of their time will be spent on the phone and trying to make appointments with HR / Finance directors and so F2F likeability / trust is a must as once the appointments are made, they would then attend etc and pitch to these directors.

We need a candidate who is enthusiastic to bring in the business month to month, have a clear focus on prospects that they are bringing in. A real passion and determination to drive the company forward. Ethics are also a key feature as being a long standing not for profit provider we are keen to achieve slow growth by building long term and successful relationships.

A recent graduate with a little sales experience would be well suited who wants to establish a long-term sales careers. As the sales process may take 2 - 3 years we are after a long-term position with career opportunities for the right candidate.

Must stress however… majority of business is cold and so resilience and determination to succeed is a key quality.. Must be on the go at all times to maintain a healthy pipeline.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Graduate BDM)

In line with our expansion plans an exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive covering South Manchester / Cheshire. The role will be predominantly home based however more than happy to attend the office daily.

Responsible for growing the client base within the B2B marketplace, the individual appointed will take responsibility for researching the corporate market, making appointments with key decision makers, and delivering pre agreed targets. The confidence of negotiating at board level is a key requirement.

Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive performance within a regulated financial services sales environment, whilst showing pride and passion in delivering a world class customer service. He/she will have the ability to develop self-initiated marketing campaigns to build a strong business pipeline and ultimately exceed sales targets.

An entrepreneurial approach is required, with the ability to build relationships quickly and for the long term. Strong planning and organisational skills are essential with the individual having good personal impact, self awareness and the ability to work well alone and as part of a dynamic team environment. Ideally some corporate sales experience is preferred.
