We're on the hunt for an experienced Digital Content Manager to lead on the planning, development, curation and management of our website content.

Salary starting at: £25,463 to £29,707 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent

With a passion for digital communications, the ability to tell a good story, and an audience focussed approach, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering innovative website content solutions based on audience insight and industry best practice. Working as part of the Digital Content team and alongside our Website Channel Manager, you'll play a key role in mapping out our digital content journeys from beginning to end and ensuring our website content is timely, relevant and accurate.

So if you have:

  • Extensive experience in planning and delivering effective website content
  • A good understanding of the importance of SEO and how to develop content that works for both users and search engines
  • A working knowledge of how effective websites are structured and operate
  • The content lifecycle playing on repeat in your head
  • An understanding of the key principles of UX and content marketing
  • A talent for writing clear briefs to guide content creators
  • Experience of working within website content management systems, e.g. Episerver
  • The skills to balance conversion and customer satisfaction...
