Role: Senior HR Systems Analyst / HR Business Analyst
Salary: c. £60,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits Package
Location: Commutable from Chester, Liverpool & Warrington
A multi-billion £ manufacturing organisation are currently looking to expand and build a senior team within the IT function and are looking to bring in house core capability around IT and HR, and have an opening for an experienced individual to sit between HR and IT to ensure the organisation are getting the most value out of their current HR systems and they are in line with the organisations overall goals.
The role will be working with senior HR and Technology Stakeholders to create value within this area. The role will also be responsible for managing the change delivery & system improvements for the organisation.
Key Skills Required:
- Demonstrable experience within a Business Analysis / Project Management or a HR Systems position within a reputable organisation
- Experience of supporting a HR function within an organisation
- Working knowledge of some form of HR system IE ResourceLink or Kronos or Peoplesoft or any other known HR system
