Customer Insight Manager
This successful financial services organisation are seeking a Customer Insights Manager.
The overall purpose of this role is to drive sales and identify new business opportunities through insightful market research and analysis, and provide strategic advice on all aspects of research. You will be commissioning, managing, and undertaking research projects and analysis, working with the External Relations team, director, and business heads to provide strategic insight, devising and evaluating methods and processes for collecting data, designing and optimising research programmers to improve research, identifying market developments and new business opportunities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the financial services and market research industries.
What we're looking for:
You should ideally have a degree in a relevant subject, with a background in and experience of market research. Broad experience of qualitative and quantitative research is required, as is experience of using results to drive customer insights, and it would be advantageous if this was gained in a financial services environment. You will have strong commercial and marketing awareness and knowledge, excellent analytical and numerical skills, an understanding of segmentation modelling, market sizing, and analysis, and the ability to present complex data in a clear manner. Experience of working in a dynamic team environment, a proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills are also required!
What's on offer:
