I'm currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a Manchester city center based professional services company. My client has taken the step of recruiting for the first time and bringing this position in house. Its therefore a superb opportunity for someone to make their own mark and to develop the role as they see it. As Finance Manager your responsibilities will include day to day accounting and book keeping duties but more importantly setting budgets and providing management information such as KPI's and variances. You will also provide accountancy advice and help to prepare the year end accounts. Other duties will include payroll and credit control and working with the partners to help improve the company performance.
