WINTEL SERVER ADMINISTRATOR/3RD LINE SUPPORT

I am looking for an SC Cleared, 3rd Line Support Engineer to provide 3rd level support to the technical infrastructure and internal services team for an SC client. Ideally, a degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science would be favorable. Strong communication skills are absolutely essential for this role.
Experience required for the Winter Server Administrator/3rd Line Support Engineer include:
Solid, hands-on experience with the following:
Active Directory, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 2012, Windows XP, Win 7, Exchange 2010, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP Hyper-v, VMWare
In addition it would be beneficial to have the following skills:
Citrix, SQL, Powershell, EMC SAN hardware, HP server hardware.
Blackberry, Mimesweeper, EPO, Lync.
The relevant person will have technical and customer service experience in a professional industry, in an end-user computing environment, utilising effective phone and email communication skills. They will be detail-oriented, results driven and process oriented with a positive and enthusiastic work ethic.
They will be responsible for investigating and resolving problems, planning and undertaking changes to hardware/software, preparing and producing systems documentation and providing technical input to internal project teams.
