Internal Communications Manager

A leading professional services organisation is currently looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will help facilitate effective internal communications in line with the business' global marketing and communications strategy. This role can either be based in Reading or Birmingham but would be expected to travel to the London office 2-3 days per week. Salary expectations: £49,000 - £54,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and an annual bonus.

Key responsibilities:

* Work closely with leadership team across the communications and engagement population on leadership messaging, as well as the alignment of messaging across geographies, service lines and sectors
* Act as trusted advisor to the various stakeholders in the business
* Contribute to the development of the EMEA regions Internal Communications strategy
* Manage a range of Global and EMEA communications programs
* Develop and deploy effective communications plans and change programs
* Work closely with colleagues in the Global Markets team to secure greater engagement around various business initiatives across geographic regions.
* Enhance and adapt content across internal channels.
* Develop new measurement and evaluation tools and dashboards.
* Liaise with the PR and Media Relations team to align internal and external communication
* Coach and mentor other members of the communications team on a one-to-one basis as requested.
* Liaising with the events team to produce engaging and informative content for use at key events
* Supporting the delivery of firm wide webcasts and publications

Education and prior experience:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications or Public Relations preferred
* At least eight years including a proven track record of delivering internal communications and engagement programmes in a matrix organisation.
* First class communications skills - excellent written and oral communications (including presentations/facilitation), as well as listening and interpretation skills
