Excellent opportunity for an Insight Manager to lend their expertise to driving commercial decisions around new product development and associated launches for a well known brand.
Our client has an instantly recognisable brand and a long history of innovation and creativity. To coincide with a mission to ensure the customer remains at the heart of everything that they do, they require an Insight Manager to help shape the future direction of the brand.
This exciting, high profile Insight Manager role will require the successful candidate to use their Qual and Quant skills to deliver the answers to commercial questions that will shape the future direction of new product development and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for market analysis, competitor analysis and also focus groups and consumer survey that will provide the basis for future planning.
The successful Insight Manager will:
- have worked in a relevant Insight role previously with a keen focus on consumer products (this can be either Client or Agency side)
- understand how to investigate challenges, wants and needs of customers
- be a strong communicator, and able to lead and influence
- have a good mix of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
