Hudson are proud to be partnering with a leading and award winning insurance business based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a team of Customer Claims Specialists. This role will see you:
- Supporting customers through the claims process by providing first class customer service
- Dealing with customer enquires by both email & telephone
- Identify and recommend suitable solutions across product services that match the customer's situation
- Processing claims, analysing current insurance policy & validation of claims
- Working to service level agreements
- Managing your own portfolio of claims
- Ensuring accurate data entry to update our computer systems
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 12 months customer services experience
- A positive attitude & desire to progress
- A customer centric approach
To be considered for this position you must be able to pass a credit, criminal records & employment reference check. Hours of work are 35 hours between 8-8 Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday in four between 9-5.
