Job Description

We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated individual.

The role will ultimately include all areas of marketing with the aim of improving brand awareness, client engagement and subsequently increasing sales.

Main role/ responsibilities

  • Assisting with production of digital marketing and social media campaigns and writing key marketing content
  • Creating and uploading content and images to the website and social media
  • Drafting and preparing digital marketing communications e.g. e-shots/newsletters and blogs
  • Managing Social Media content - Facebook Twitter and Instagram and video
  • Tracking and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics software and producing reports
  • Preparing visual content, marketing material and presentations
  • Managing Databases, cleaning data on a weekly basis
  • Follow up calls and dealing with inbound enquiries
  • Offer creative input and suggestions
  • Competitor analysis and gathering market intelligence
  • Develop your organizational skills, formulate a content calendar, manage timelines and report issues / trends

Desired Requirements

  • Experience using the main social media platforms as well as email and web
  • Familiarity with content management platforms
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attitude, enthusiasm, flexibility and self-motivation
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and content management
  • Creative Frame of mind

Qualifications required

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Working week

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
