My client is a leading security vendor who is significantly growing their team due to huge demand for their solutions.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of operational, network, server or related services in Italian.

Required skills:

  • Fluent / Native Level Italian
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Linux based operating systems
  • Solid Networking experience (TCPIP, routers, firewalls and load balancers)
  • Working knowledge of Web and Application Servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat)
  • Server side experience, not workstation, this is 3rd line support
  • Networking knowledge - it is important to read network monitoring logs coming out of some tools and you must have the ability to read Wireshark traces
  • Experience with virtualization software knowledge such as VMWare would be an advantage
  • PKI knowledge would be an advantage
