Role and Responsibilities
- - Responsible for the provision of technical support to B2B customers worldwide
- - Take ownership of customer support through to resolution
- - Track and update tickets
You will need
- - Excellent analytical skills
- - Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems
- - Knowledge of web application servers (Websphere or Weblogic)
- - Database experience, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 etc
- - Good communication skills
- - Java
French speaking, or another European language would be desirable but not essential for the right person.
