Exciting opportunity. A world leader in cyber defence and security is seeking a naturally enthusiastic and inquisitive Application support engineer to provide technical support to clients across the globe.

Role and Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for the provision of technical support to B2B customers worldwide
  • - Take ownership of customer support through to resolution
  • - Track and update tickets

You will need

  • - Excellent analytical skills
  • - Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems
  • - Knowledge of web application servers (Websphere or Weblogic)
  • - Database experience, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 etc
  • - Good communication skills
  • - Java
  • -

French speaking, or another European language would be desirable but not essential for the right person.
