Field Technical Support Engineer - £25,000-£30,000 - Leading Insurance Company
Burns Sheehan are partnering with a global insurance company for the hire of a Field Technical Support Engineer, to provide a World Class Professional service to offices around Central London.
This multi-national organisation are looking for someone with at least two to three years of desktop experience, as well as an excellent knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office packages, such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 etc. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide 2nd line support to offices in London, an interesting role where no day will be the same as you will constantly be on the field, assisting all areas of the organisation including key stakeholders and senior staff.
This role also includes a lot of project work, and may give you the opportunity to travel to European offices, including Paris, Stockholm, Hamburg and other fantastic locations across the globe.
You will be working in a young and enthusiastic team, providing technical guidance and training to co-workers, with plenty of room for personal development. The main things they are looking for are:
- Windows 7-10 experience
- Cisco Telephony experience
- Driving license
- Any roll out experience is seen as highly advantageous
- Experience using ServiceNow
