Software Test Analyst- Leicester- 20-25k.

We are looking to recruit a Software Test Analyst based in Leicester where you will be conducting both manual and automated testing.

What's the role?

You will be working as a software tester where you will partner up with a small development team. The software that you will be testing is written mostly in PHP so experience of this would be very beneficial for the role. The development team have previously taken on all the testing themselves but what they would like now is someone to come into the business and own this area. So you would be working as the sole tester on sight. You will get lots of autonomy within the role and is an opportunity for you to come in and set up strong testing practises within the business.

The organisation

You will be working for an organisation that are growing rapidly at the moment. They have recently moved into new modern offices and are looking to expand further in 2018. The business is very social and they often go out on nights out all paid for by the business. This is an organisation that really does look after their people and reward them for good performance.

Hopefully you will be...

For this role you don't need to have come through a huge background of experience. If you have 1 year plus and are eager to work with a company where you can make a real difference then we want to hear from you.

Experience of testing software/websites built with PHP would be very advantageous but not essential for the role. Manual software testing experience is essential for the role and an interest in getting into automation would again be desirable.
