IT Support Analyst - Laserform, Bighand, Workshare, iManage Worksite/FileSite

Our leading law firm require a IT Support Analyst (Laserform, Bighand, Workshare, iManage Worksite/FileSite) to provide first and second line support for users throughout the firm.

As the firm?s IT Support Analyst (Laserform, Bighand, Workshare, iManage Worksite/FileSite) you will seek to resolve as many calls as possible at the first point of contact whilst assisting in maintenance the firms network, including all hardware and all associated application software.

The key responsibilities for this Support Analyst (Laserform, Bighand, Workshare, iManage Worksite/FileSite) are:

  • Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the firm providing desktop support
  • Seek to resolve as many calls as possible at the first point of contact
  • Assist in maintaining the firm wide network, including all hardware and all associated application software, so that at all times it is up and running smoothly
  • Escalating calls internally and with third parties to ensure satisfactory resolutions
  • Assist in ensuring the security and stability of the system

The skills, experience and attributes required for this IT Support Analyst (Laserform, Bighand, Workshare, iManage Worksite/FileSite) are:

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment is desirable (law firm experience will be an advantage)
  • Formal IT qualification is desirable
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Proven communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and prioritise work
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
