Back End / Full Stack ASP.NET Developer

The Business

I am currently working with an internationally recognized full service digital agency based in the heart of Manchester. Please do not think this is a run of the mill environment where you'll be churning out WordPress sites for SME's. You'll be working on some seriously cool stuff, projects can be as simple as a two week project like a game to be produced and shared on social media, to getting your teeth into a highly innovative 2 year project working across a number of in house teams.

The Person

Due to the ever increasing number of global client they are now seeking a skilled ASP.NET developer to join their team, ideally with a leaning to back end ASP.NET development. You will be experienced in developing and deploying complex solutions within and agile environment. This agency prides itself on having a flat management structure and endeavors to keep office politics to a minimum, so the ASP.NET developer must be a genuine team player who's willing to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Due to the flat management structure you'll be encouraged and expected to contribute your views and offer a good understanding of development principles and best practice.

Skills

Ideally a back end or full stack ASP.NET developer if you have used either/or Umbraco or Kentico that would be ideal but not essential.

  • NET, C#, SQL
  • Javascript libs (e.g. React, Angular, JQuery etc)
  • HTML / CSS

Examples of work or portfolio demonstrating any prototypes or projects developed would be an advantage.

Benefits

In return the client offer a range of benefits, a great working environment in the centre of Manchester, pension scheme, life insurance, above average holiday allowance and a buzzing social scene.

Salary

Negotiable for the right person form £25,000 - £35,000
