Working within the Digital and Marketing team, this role is responsible for the management and development of our client’s internal database.
-To achieve business targets with a strong focus of profitability
-To manage the internal database and conduct email and SMS campaigns that are compliant and profitable.
-To increase the lifetime value of the customer base
-To ensure all promotions to existing customers are fully compliant
-To build relationships with relevant external partners to support the increase in value to existing customers
-To assist the Marketing Director to promote all brands and develop the client’s presence in the services market
-Daily and weekly reporting on the performance of our customer database
-Competitor analysis and statistical reviews of MI data
-Liaising with internal stakeholders ensuring consistency and full compliance
