We are looking to recruit a SENCo to join us on our journey towards outstanding. You will play a pivotal role in a committed team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils. To be successful you must hold QTS and have experience of identifying, monitoring, evaluating and providing effective strategies. As a SENCo you will lead, develop and support effective practice for pupils with particular learning needs to ensure their needs are addressed in the most effective way and, where appropriate, they are able to make rapid progress in line with the academy's expectations. There is a teaching commitment within this role.
