2nd Line Support Engineer

£25,000 to £30,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including pension, 24 days holiday and a very generous training package.

My key client, based in Central London, is looking for a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the Helpdesk team. They are an exceptionally well reputed organisation and the successful Support Engineer will be provided with extensive training to improve their capabilities in a number of areas.

- Office 365
- Hungry and motivated to learn
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft based operating systems and MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- SharePoint knowledge
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be based in London and will be getting involved with plenty of the upcoming project work.
