This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Technical Lead | Software Architect to join one of the most exciting Machine Learning software start-ups in the UK working in a tech-agnostic environment (Java, Python, Scala, Haskell, Erlang, R, LaTeX, SQL)

Based walking distance from the heart of Oxford and with an existing team of around 20 people they have highly ambitious plans to grow further due to securing another round of funding. (Future plans are in place to double the size of the team over the next 12-18 months which the Technical Lead | Software Architect will be a part of)

The team are highly intellectual and innovative, often PhD educated and are extremely passionate about Machine Learning and Machine Learning research as to how it can best be utilised and why it is in such high demand. Going forward the tech stack will remain Python, but moving forward a Java stack is definitely an option. The ideal Technical Lead / Software Architect will have experience of defining technological road map and visions going forward so that the ongoing success and growth of this amazing organisation continues.

As a Technical Lead / Software Architect you will be working within Big Data Stack (Hadoop / Cassandra) environments and going forward will oversee the building of complicated product stacks whilst also leading our Research Engineers and Data Visualisation teams.

up to £80,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits.
