Our client, a London based Premiership football club, is looking for a Senior Retail Marketing Executive who will be instrumental in developing the club’s omni-channel experience with a particular focus on online retail marketing channels including social media and e-mail marketing.

A big part of the role will be interrogating data to identify opportunities and finding ways to increase performance across all online channels, so you’ll need to be comfortable with crunching numbers. But above all, you need to be a creative marketer who can get into the skin of the Club’s loyal supporters, ensuring their customer journey is the best it can be. You’ll be a team player who can work with the wider marketing team (retail, eCommerce, social media, buying/merchandising) to strive for excellence across all marketing functions and to act as brand guardian to ensure a seamless journey for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

    retail marketing campaign activation across all online channelscreative asset generation across eCommerce sitessupport the Retail Marketing Manager on digital strategy for retail campaignsreport on weekly performance statistics and interpret them to drive future digital activitybuild, test and deploy e-mail marketing campaignsbe the brand guardian for online communications
About you:

    passionate about digital, keeping up to date with advances and new opportunitiesinnovative, able to generate ideas and new ways of workingresults focussed, analytical, with a KPI oriented approach to online marketingcustomer and data driven with a good understanding of data systems/CRMdemonstrable eCommerce or digital marketing experience for a multichannel retailer (client or agency) experience of using e-mail marketing platforms such as dotMailer, Campaign Monitor, Exact Target etca keen eye for design and ability to use photo editing packages such as Photoshop
